The Pflanzgarten complex is the fastest rollercoaster section of the lap: two downhill plunges, the Sprunghügel jump where cars visibly leave the ground, and the flat-out sweep of the Stefan-Bellof-S beyond it.

That last name matters here: Stefan Bellof's 6:11.13 qualifying lap in the Porsche 956 was set in 1983 and stood as the outright record for decades. The section that bears his name is where commitment shows most, and the viewing bank gives you a long look at it.
